Vincent Valentine - whose birthday is October 13th - is associated with horror and bad luck, two things also connected to Friday the 13th. The date’s superstitions arose after the mass murder of the Knights Templar in 1307, with the most deaths occurring on October 13th.
I cannot wait for when Vincent Valentine comes back into focus as an important character in the Final Fantasy VII saga.
I’m not sure I’m ready to say goodbye to this art style for Crisis Core

My next 12 months of writing is sure hotting up...
One of my favourite pieces of Final Fantasy VII trivia is that an early script for the game included a trio of Red XIII clones called the Three Saints.
Their names were Cobalt XIV, Indigo XV and... uh.... Gandalf.
Without this game, I would not have become a writer. It literally changed the course of my life.
Given that Kazushige Nojima also wrote Kingdom Hearts II, can anyone with KH lore knowledge see parallels between Roxas/Sora and Zack/Cloud? I’m interested to hear your thoughts.
