Piccolo's face texture is by far the most different out of everyone's, even Fu Lum's. His alts share the same head so only his gear is changed.

Mai's alt isn't a recoloring but it sticks to the same general map.

Fu Lum just has a generic monster man texture. Also what the fuck is Fu-Lum...

Chi-Chi gets different alt outfits like Goku, one with her dress and another skin tight red outfit.

Not that I'd expect much different, but this is the extent of the crowd of the stadium.

Grandpa Gohan gets three full faces unlike everyone else for some reason.

I admire the stank face they gave Roshi here.

Bulma and her alternate costume, a basic recoloring. A shame given how much Bulma changes in the actual series.
