Captain Marvel (2019)
Carol frees her friends and tries to take down the Vox Supreme. Writer Kelly Thompson, Penciler Sergio Dávila, Inker Sean Parsons, Colorist Jesus Aburtov: It’s well done, but even as a long-time CM reader, I’m finding it too complex and confusing. 3.5/5

The Amazing Spider-Man (Mar1969)
Kingpin has escaped prison and sets a trap for Spider-Man to get the Lifeline Tablet from him. Script Stan Lee, Layouts John Romita, Penciler-Inker Jim Mooney: A tad Soap-Opera heavy, but enough Spidey action to keep things moving along. 4/5

Captain Marvel (Mar1969)
Mar-Vell survives both a Kree execution and an enemy attack party, but Una is not so fortunate in "Rebirth!" Writer Arnold Drake, Penciler Dick Ayers, Inker Vince Colletta: One of Marvel’s most contrived, convoluted and clumsy hero rebirth’s. 2.5/5

Here is a high-resolution image of Claire’s drawing from MeTV’s Fan Gallery page! You can see all the details of each and every character she drew in “Toon In With Me Good Ol'Fashioned Band,” including the tiny Road Runner and Jerry at the bottom of the picture. I love it!

Death of Doctor Strange (2021)
Doctor Strange gathers all the prime suspects, to reveal the mystery of his own murder. Writer Jed MacKay, Artist Lee Garbett, Colorist Antonio Fabela: A merry, magical murder-mystery preamble to next issue’s conclusion. 4.5/5

Devil’s Reign (2021)
While Mayor Fisk’s Thunderbolts arrest New York’s Heroes, the Avengers assemble. Writer Chip Zdarsky, Artist Marco Checchetto, Colorist Marcio Menyz: Given the wild premise, Zdarsky-Checchetto are making some visceral and cogent statements about power. 5/5

Avengers (2018)
Multiversal Deathloks warn the Avengers of the coming of Masters of Evil. Writer Jason Aaron, Artist Juan Frigeri, Colorist David Curiel: A multitude of Multiversal cosmic madness and a fun bit of madness it is. 4/5

The Magic Order 2
The Order rallies, as Victor’s allies expand their chaos. Writer Mark Millar, Artist Stuart Immonen, Colorist Dave Curiel: A vigorously visceral display of murder and what is at the heart of dark magic. 4.5/5

Iron Man (2020)
The cosmically-empowered Iron Man and Korvac battle for the fate of the universe! Writer Christopher Cantwell, Artist Ibraim Roberson, Colorist Frank D'Armata: A cosmic conclusion to Korvac’s story, jumping into what looks like the ultimate Tony ego trip. 5/5
