The Guardians’ attempt to save Spartax is interrupted. Writer Al Ewing, Artist Juann Cabal, Colorist Federico Blee: Things get needlessly complex with this KiB tie-in, which interrupted the flow of the already labyrinthine of goings on. 3/5

Not everyone agrees on how to close the gateways. Writers David F. Walker & Chuck Brown, Artist Sanford Greene, Colorist Sofie Dodgson: A welcome recap begins this next arc of intense interpersonal relations and infighting. Greene-Dodgson’s art is phenomenal. 4/5
Iron Man (2020) #5
Tony Stark risks all to stop Korvac. Writer Christopher Cantwell, Artist Cafu, Colorist Frank D’Armata: Cantwell slowly, then very suddenly shifts the story from the ridiculous to the resolute. Cafu-D’Armata make it all look plausible and profound. 4.5/5
