Definitely worth another by Michael Zarowsky. Misty and smoky . He uses Watercolours to good advantage here.
Chris Dunn Illustration of a scene that other Illustrators often miss out. The original Wind in the Willows was published in 1908
‘Summer Evening’ by Frederick Childe Hassam (American (1859-1935) Impressionist. Lovely painting. Very fresh looking.
I couldn’t decide about this painting earlier but as the day has run on and the light through our window is different I really like it. ‘Castello Garden 2007’ by Mark Harrison Oil on Board from Artfinder. UK painter.
This one is new as well. Alejandro Burdisio with the final flying car that isn’t flying at the moment but will soon. He’s very good at this sort of art
Andrew McIntosh for another. He specialises in painting old Caravans that have been forgotten and become unloved ...yep, the green made me do it! It looks like something out of a 1950s Ladybird book
Honor Charlotte Appleton (1879-1951) was English. She had a delicate Watercolour style influenced by Kate Greenaway. This Illustration is cute. Back later with more . Helen.😊
A bit of whimsy here brought to you by Carolyn Schmitz, and if you love this sort of thing there are quite a lot like it by her. I might put one on Instagram later
Love this artists paintings . Another master of dappled light .Johan Messely. Relaxing gentle colours
I’m going to be slower this morning as DrS has taken one of my machines downstairs to read a couple of emails. I’m posting some Children’s Illustrators now. Firstly Muriel Dawson (1897-1974); Cuteness overload
