There was a bug wandering my farm when I got home. Personally, I'm not sure she should be out at night wearing clothes like those. She's apparently a big fan of Yuuka, we learn.

Eientei is also available from the start - it's where you'll wake up if you pass out from exhaustion. Reisen will also tell you that you can buy medicine from her, which you do when she's at the Human Village.

I used all of my stamina prepping the ground for my strawberries, so I went back to the village to look around some more. This is a weird place to see Eiki, but she's just kind of chilling. Don't judge the judge.

Earlier in the village, I'd spoken to Minoriko and asked her to come by to help on the farm. You can ask helpers to water, harvest, or mine for you, and they'll come by three times that day. You can unlock more helpers later, too.

Back on the farm, Yukari summons Ran right as she's heading out to buy some fried tofu, then sticks her with the duty of coming by to pick up anything we ship out every day.

The general store is managed by none other than Mima (who else would it be???). She apparently wants to see more of this world and asks that we keep it a secret from Reimu and Marisa. I buy some strawberry seeds and head back to the farm.

I go into the Human Village to buy some seeds and run into Kasen, as well as other characters. Chatting up NPCs often enough can trigger events to unlock new seeds in the shop, as well as result in them giving you exclusive seeds and new cooking recipes (yes, there's cooking).

In the tutorial, it's revealed that we'll be growing actual crops and not just flowers! I wasn't sure how deep the game would go when I first started.

Medicine comes by and asks how to grow lillies of the valley. Yuuka doesn't remember who she is, but tells her how to raise flowers in the form of a tutorial for the player.

Yuuka wakes up - turns out it was just a dream. Yukari comes by for no real reason, and Yuuka vents to her about her reputation as a scary youkai. Wanting to turn over a new leaf, she decides to start raising flowers without using her powers in order to gain everyone's love.
