Elizabeth Blackwell’s A Curious Herbal' is our #HeritageTreasures day 2020 choice. Produced between1737 to 1739 the book has an unusual story attached - Elizabeth only produced these beautiful plant illustrations to raise money to release her shady husband from debtor’s prison!
Thank you to RIBA Journal for this excellent write up of our Preston Bus Station exhibition.
