Momonosuke might very well be the most developed side character (non-strawhat) in all of One Piece. He's really grown on me man

I wonder how strong Shanks could've been if he didn't lose his dominant arm
It took a minute for me to click but with the recent reveals, it fully explains the Ancient Kingdoms signature flag, which we've seen since alabasta. The Kozuki symbol, the Shandian symbol, they're all in the shape of a sun (Sun god Nika) aka Joyboy. It's not just symbolic
Luffy becoming JoyBoy and bringing about the dawn is simply pure irony and a collection of dumb coincidences and chance. He even ate his fruit by mistake 😹 shit was never even intended for him
A lotta ppl also forget that theres a big precedent for Oda not going the traditional route. Luffy himself doesn't even want to be followed, he doesn't like to be revered or conquer. That's BB. Oda used cherries in Jaya to symbolically show the contrast between them https://t.co/DEOBsjCNsW

For the record, Luffy didn't "die". Voices can disappear without a person being dead. In Skypeia it showed many voices disappearing yet most of the characters were still alive. Luffy was probably just completely unconscious.
Most memorable sequences in the show for me: Ned's execution, Jamie's bath confession, Jon's death, Battle of Bastards, Hardhome.
