Finished episode 7 and I love the mix of lightheartedness among the impending doom of humanity. Also nice to see shinji settling in with Misato but this puts bugger deathflags on her lmao I hope I'm not reading into it too much she's currently my fav character with shinji #2

And although this is OBVIOUSLY an anime-only visual effect, its still interesting that they gave ONLY this specific slap an Aura that is quite similar to the Ryuo Aura 🤔 this probably won't matter much, but I thought it might be interesting

Interesting the anime actually shows Sanji using Armament Hardening for the first time (visually) vs Daifuku

It feels insulting to even put it next to other shonen simply because I feel it surpassed the genre, it doesn't even feel like a manga anymore it should be in a museum as an international treasure

Sometimes I wonder whether One Piece should even be considered a Shonen Manga.. It's uncomparable to anything else in the genre or medium as a whole. It needs it's own "ONE PIECE" genre 😭

There "might" be another "D" reveal incoming OR, the way I understood this, is that Luffy inherited the will of Roger, Ace, Rouge, Saul, and all the D's combined which ties to what whitebeard said about carrying "centuries on his back"

After revisiting Whitebeard's death, he talks about people that will inherit Ace's will DIRECTLY after the discussion of the "D"s with Roger. I thought Sabo inherited Ace's will, but on rewatch it's implied that only a "D" will inherit a D's (Ace's) will 🤔
