This was a "turning point" piece for me. I finally accepted how I wanted my illustrations to end as, but also as a reminder how much I love storytelling.
I am developing a comic of this character wayyyy...later in his odious existance.

I really can't believe we are getting more BESERK, even after Miura-san died. I thought the manga ended at a good spot, considering the creator's untimely death.
He are some close ups on a really fun piece. Rest well, Miura. I think Berserk is in the right hands to complete.

This is my first time throwing 3-D objects into a 2d illustration. It really does save time on the 2-D side. The models were sculpted in zbrush, and painted in procreate for the final.

I used this piece to get used to working on the ipad, and procreate. It was a wierd idea, but with a bubble kitty backpack, a bouquet of corn stalks, android girl, and drive-in movie feel...so fun!!
