(2017)
We are getting somewhere!
The first time working on a children's book, the first time working with Quill & Cauldron Press, first time drawing Batman Rogues.
My style slowly but surely is getting recognizable now!

(2015)
We're leaving the years of second-hand embarrassment!
This was the year I remember starting actively watching tutorials and experimenting more with the capabilities of PS.
In fact, though execution might be eh, I feel like some of these designs still hold up!

(2014)
Jimmy learns shading... sort of!
While my artstyle is still all over the place, you can see it's starting to take shape in what it will eventually become!
Also you guys can't see this but BOY there are a lot of unfinished pieces in this year.

(2013)
The year that marks the arrival of my firstborn: My Wacom Bamboo! ❤️
The lady knight and guy in (what I think is) a straight jacket are the first things I've ever drawn with it.
Also, my Minecraft obsession was still going strong...
for better or worse...

Forgot to share this lady!
A bit of an experiment, tied to replicate that actual 'traditional painting'-feel by trying not to focus on minute details and letting the brushes do most of the work.
Pretty gnarly IMHO!

@celinevu_art Thanks for tagging me, senpai! I'm not worthy! 😭
In any case, I'm Jimmy and I pretty much only do spooky artworks so it's a natural fit for this month!
And my favorite mythological creature is probably the vampire! (Which I should really draw more often) 🦇
One of the many clones that portray famous childrens' icon Ella Extravaganza...
Also one of the many whose body has both physically and mentally deteriorated...

'Greasy Keith'
The smell of fresh popcorn and cheery carnival music had lured many a young child into the swampland across the bayou...
They never returned.

Attempt #2 at #PortfolioDay because guess who forgot to include a link to his actual portfolio last time.
My name is Jimmy, a 26-year old illustrator with a knack for anything horror or fantasy!
To see more/contact me go to:

Who even decides when it's #PortfolioDay anyway? 🤔
Anyways, my name is Jimmy, 26 years ancient and I'm a hopeless case that spends his years drawing #fantasy and #horror-related #art.
Feel free to give me a follow if you'd like to watch my descent into madness in real-time!<3
