King Spawn is one of the most enjoyable and visually impressive comics every month, but issue 10 was another level thanks to @javierfdezart art being presented solely in glorious black, white & red.
Hats off to @SeanChrisLewis to writing a consistently entertaining comic.
Mantlo's Hulk is completely savage, and has him left with no Banner inside him.
Buscema/Taloac fully embrace this with their art. Taloac's inks over Buscema's pencils add to the savagery and ferocity.
This has to be some of the best Hull v Thor action we've ever had. Wow.
Absolutely love the opening sequence.
The change of perspectives really helps show the scale and enormity of the Hulk's rampage.
I really like how the story title 'Days Of Rage' is visible across all 4 pages, and gets crumpled/torn. It's an Eisner trait taken to another level
Me: They can't fucking stop themselves can they.
Also me: okay, Kris Anka's design for a Felicia Hardy spider goes hard as fuck https://t.co/MPxaW7eUN2
And @Max_Dunbar is a great fit for the art on this new Batman Beyond series, bringing enough of the shows aesthetic yet still being distinctly his own style and very comic book.
Thinking about @davaja various Star Wars covers over the years.
Man these things were stylish.
Symbiotes action from Ram V!
If Bryan Hitch's cover is anything to go by, Venom vs Kang is going to be awesome
I know the variant has nothing to do with the story, and I usually don't like Björn Barends covers, but Skrull Carnage absolutely slaps!
Oh and here's just a tease of some of the *epic* interior artwork by @CarlosMagno1312 in case I haven't enticed you enough!
Because of the way the hands transformed into feet, it was possible to make it look like Hulk had little Wolverine class.
I'm not saying I did Weapon H decades before Marvel, except I totally did.
