Just read the final issue of Yang/Ruan/Tan's Shang-Chi mini series.

The highlight of the finale has to be this Chinese helicarrier

I mean damn, just try and tell me Daniel's 90s art wasn't good.

All in all: bit of a guilty pleasure, doesn't finish as strong as it started, and more could have been done with the symbiotic costume angle, but it's still genuinely a good read.

Checked out the first 4 issues of the recent Gene Luen Yang written Shang-Chi series on Marvel Unlimited.

It's alright. Very accessible and new reader friendly, just not sure it's something I would buy.

The art by Dike Ruan is really good though. So much energy & motion.
