Throwback thursday with a private comission i made around 2 years ago, a warlock dnd character. I revisited thr painting a year ago with some help and pushed to make the image more dynamic, something i am still practicing to this day.
Let me know what you think!
Happy to share an exploration painting I made for the Dragonbond Boardgame by Draco Studios.
The concept I was provided had more details, even for my usual work, but it was a great learning process to balance the placement of them and rendering the materials
I hope you like it!
Two years ago, I made characters for the historical Board Game Dark Ages.
William the Pious, a Frankish duke who built various monastic foundations & abbeys in Aquitaine; Overall, he was a pleasant and pacifist leader compared to his contemporaries who followed their swords.
Painting from two years ago that i made for the historical board game Dark Ages.
This is Henry the Fowler of the Teuton, one of the many playable characters in the game. Experimented with mood and muted tones to enhance the narrative in this piece.
Closeups of my latest painting for Draco Studios ''Aelen of the Standard'',. Figured the scale of the piece was so big the details wouldnt be visible on such a size, so here are some crops of the focal areas. Hope you enjoy!
Do you like details in your art?
