Older painting where the result was ahead of my skill level. What I learned, there are ''peaks'' where the process and result just click. The better you become, the less frequent, but more unique the peaks arise.

Painting from a while back that I made for a kickstarter boardgame called Dark Ages.

Before Rollo became duke, he was a viking warlord who raided the Franks, until he received land from emperor Charles the Simple, where he would defend Frankia against his former allies.

#painting i made around a year ago, nordic druid. Was fun to learn to use more bold and contrasty colors.

Wraparound cover for the next installment by Epiphany Ent. the Aldebaran RPG: Court of the Lotus Empress.
Painted the Lotus Empress in the past as a vignette, but in this piece I was tasked to portray her in her natural habitat, surrounded by luxury and mysterious magical items.

For the first time in 1.5 year I took time between freelance to nourish my creativity through making a major piece. I wanted to push my boundaries with this image, adapting new skills and knowledge along the way.

I aimed for a ''less is more'' approach with this one, showing less objects/shapes and adding more gesture and a stronger silhouette.
