@stofmm I cut close to 70K words from my first book. An #epicfantasy that finished at 180K. But the cut material was good character development stuff that helped me create the story.
YA #Fantasy - Finished drafting ch 4 & 5 and 1st review. Word count stands at 16.5K. Little concerned with the pace and burgeoning size. But I’m writing my story and will adjust later.
