Some people might not like how "oppressively 90s" his designs could look at times. But to me, there's a nostalgic warmth to them. They remind of me of when I was prowling imageboards and getting deeper into anime back in the mid-00s.
One thing really noticed when searching for his art is that he seemed to really love waitress uniforms. A shame that design trend died out some time after 2007.
