@exodotpet My critique is that those paintings are just Thomas Kikade painting for 90s kids. Overly-polished, extremely artificial, too much emphasis on "warm light." It all feels very unnatural in it's capture of nostalgia. Nothing feels "lived in".

Orihime went from "the leekspin girl" to "the bread girl" so gradually that I barely noticed.
