@pop_arena It kills me that we have no legal avenues to get both it and it's sequel series Palm Town in the states. Both are supremely cozy shows. Especially Palm Town if you dig that soft 80s aesthetic.
Global Village Coffeehouse
A broad, corporate aesthetic that manifested in reaction to the more computer-driven design schools of the late 80s-early 90s. Seeks more of a "return to the natural" with handrawn art, environmental themes and appropriated tribal iconography.
Whimsical Mystical Gothic Celestial
Inspired by the stylings of Margo Chase and Tim Burton, this aesthetic evokes the gothic imagery associated with witches and mystics. Common components are red velvet, glass baubles and twisted wrought-iron shapes.
Classical Cyberpunk
Emerged in the 80s along with the larger cyberpunk movement. Also known as Pacific Wave, it relies heavily on harsh pixelation and warped fonts, all made through the first wave of computer design. Portrays the world of technology as this untamed wilderness.
