I didn't realize how much the costume formula for Alias was fun wig + mostly black outfit until I finished this piece... Or maybe those were just the Sydney Bristow LEWKS I was drawn to since that's basically my whole vibe. I'll have to do this again to find out.

Close-up time!

Usually I use these as quick(ish) warm-ups/ practice but to capture the full range of Sydney Bristow's wigs/lewks it definitely required waaaay more colour than usual- thankfully it was well worth it though (esp on that latex dress)! *Hums Alias theme to self*

I'm in the middle of my millionth re-watch of Alias and you know that means I HAD to do a Sydney Bristow character study to capture all the glorious early 2000s fashions and WIGS! (Annnnd my *light* lifelong Jennifer Garner obsession)

This took soo much longer to finish than my usual character sheets bc emphasizing all the glorious early 00s fashion + wigs required more colour than I usually do...
But I am so excited to share this Alias / Sydney Bristow piece tomorrow/later today depending on your perspective.

I'll admit that these are the 2 where the resemblance to Sebastian Stan didn't *quite* land (one more than the other) but I still like the ✨vibes✨ so enjoy!

So many good faces AND quotes came out of Sebastian Stan/this Hot Ones interview that it was nearly impossible to narrow it down- these are probably my favourites out of the handful I drew though!

The shooting stuff montage with Peacemaker and Vigilante really got me, particularly this peekaboo moment... And of COURSE I drew another still from the vibrator scene! Y'all are lucky I've only drawn 2... So, far.
