032. Ko Swee & Kaswi: Traditional springy rice cake of both Malay and Peranakan heritages. Usually steamed in a small teacup, which sometimes result in a dimple at the center of the kueh. Alternatively, it can be cut into cubes, and is commonly gula melaka or pandan flavoured.

029. Lepat: Simple pudding-like sticky cake. This kueh consists of coconut cream batter mixed with mashed fillings, and traditionally packed in banana leaf parcels. The common types of flavours for Lepat are Ubi Kayu (cassava), Pisang (banana), Jagung (corn), & Labu (pumpkin).

028. Corn Hoon Kueh: Or called Kueh Jagung, it's a chilled flour cake packed with sweet corn, and traditionally wrapped in banana leaves. Tepung Hun Kwe (mung bean flour) is preferred in making this, and is one of the differences to a regular Nagasari. This is best served cold!

025. Kueh Wajik: A traditional glutinous rice cake cooked with coconut milk and palm sugar. Its name means "diamond" in Malay, which is why it is cut into diamond/rhombus shapes. The kueh's sweetness and stickiness carry blessings for newly-weds a tightly-knit married life.

024. Puteri Ayu: A lovely-looking pandan sponge cake that is adorned with a white ring of grated coconut which looks like a crown befitting a princess. It's shaped like a mini-bundt cake but is steamed and uses ingredients such as pandan (screwpine), coconut milk, and palm sugar.

023. Kueh Lapis Sagu: The Malay word "Lapis" simply means "layer". In Mandarin, it is called Jiu Ceng Gao (九层糕), or Gao Teng kueh in Hokkien dialect, which translates to as "nine-layered cake". It is soft, sticky and springy, and a good Lapis Sagu can be peeled layer by layer.

020. Ondeh-ondeh: Also spelled onde-onde, or called Kuih Buah Melaka or Kue Klepon. It is a pandan-infused glutinous rice ball no larger than a ping pong, and packed with melted gula melaka (palm sugar) that may burst out in your mouth upon biting into its soft, chewy exterior!
