To celebrate: a thread of more scans from the LP. I'll start off with the front & back cover scans for now.

Working on restoring my LP copy of the Cosmo Police Justy OVA OST. Friend of mine is helping de-click it for me to speed up the process.
In the meantime here's a scan I did of the poster that came with the LP. Photo restoration isn't my area so don't expect this to be perfect 🤓

Here's a scan I found of the front cover for the Hoero Bun Bun anime LP OST I got yesterday. Nabbed it from VGMdb.
I don't know much about this anime but I am 100% convinced that the MC's appearance was an inspiration for Pikachu's design.

Front/back scans of the cover & insert sleeve for the LP-only soundtrack released for "Love Position: The Legend of Halley", a 1985 OVA by Tezuka Productions.
Scanned by me with additional restoration edits by an anonymous friend of mine.

The Oishinbo original soundtrack cover has the weirdest treatment I've ever seen for it.
Take a look at the cover here for the original 80s copy---to the left. Looks normal...
The right pic is a 2017 re-issue with a newly-drawn version of the original cover.

53 fucking episodes and Victor Entertainment thought it would be a good idea to release an OST with that kind of BGM + 3 image instrumental tracks that were presumably never used in the show at all
