Forked tongue is the winner for the poll!
So the default mesh/bodygroup will be forked. Good news is a normal tongue will be a alternate.

~adjusted the neck rigging.
~re-rigged the wings for better movement.
~added finger bones so he can flip you off.
~added some more faces to the arms for less deforming when posing.
