Loving THE SANDMAN series on @netflix-a faithful and beautiful adaptation. Here's the first DC character with that name, which eventually led to @neilhimself's incredible reinvention of the concept, which eventually inspired our reinterpretation of the original in SMT. Whew!

Well, after a bit of speculation, here's the back story on this pair of tag-team pieces by me and Tim Sale. These were both done as part of a charity auction to benefit the Hero Initiative that aimed to pair up various artists for collaborative pieces.

After @bradmeltzer's run, my dear pal @JuddWinick accepted the writing duties on GREEN ARROW. This cover for #28 was also controversial as GA and his latest lady friend feverishly ripped each other's clothes off on their way to the main event.

Unfortunately, that setting turned out to be completely wrong. Again, the spotlight was on for this issue...so I opted to completely repaint the piece overnight. Take a look at what an incredible shift in tone a different color palette can make!

This was actually the first painting I produced for the best-selling GREEN ARROW series, written by @ThatKevinSmith, based on what Kevin had in mind for the storyline. But, after I turned in the piece... #GreenArrow #dccomics @GreenArrowTV
