(Tenten's 4th databook entry says that Tenten likes to research and to take care of others, and that she frequently worries about Gai in particular)

I just realized it looks sort of like Kakashi is giving Gai a little kiss on the cheek in this picture

Neji didn't get to go with Kakashi and Team Gai to the festival in that one episode, so I'm happy seeing him in festival garb now~ I'm sure there were other festivals he got to go to together with Tenten and Lee!
