Another change from the original is that Captain N is obv. not NES inspired anymore. He's Switch inspired. This meant I couldn't have the NES controller belt, Power Glove or NES Zapper as weapons. I had to use what the Switch can use: The Joy-Con and the dock. #NewCaptainN (6/15)

His eyes are blue though and that was done because Mario & Link's eyes are blue. He matches with Nintendo's best. Also size wise, I made him similar to Link's preportions because that was how they were both betrayed in the cartoon (5/15) #NewCaptainN

Alright, for the 2nd of #inktober2021 it's the letter B for Barbara from Jam with the Band. For a Bat, it's odd that her design doesn't include any wings. I wonder if there's a lore reason for that?

Anyway, that's my colour analysis for #MarioKartTour. Pour one out for the Purple alt, which I guess doesn't exist for Yoshi, Birdo and Shy Guy anymore (it wasn't in MK8 which is why I think it got snubbed). Also Brown Yoshi as well, although he hasn't appeared since Yoshi Island

What's interesting here though is that Gold Koopa is counted as an alt colour, as shown by its placement in the files and artwork. Yet Gold Shy Guy is not and has different artwork to show this. I suspect that if we do get a Gold Yoshi or Birdo, they'll have the same treatment.

You know, Nintendo and Forever Entertainment are partnering up for some games and if you look at the latters track record for remakes they've only done on-rails shooters.
