so youve see n me post these as a group a lot. but i just looked at the parts again and honestly i think every one of these is funny individually

i always think of Juan PokemonEmerald as Wallace's one straight friend. like "wallace lookin kinda gay" is obvious post oras but i have no idea why i think of juan as just particularly straight feeling. i guess i think it's funny to imagine them as gay/straight solidarity

hmmm a trick they use a lot in this episode is two tone light shading, especially for lightning - they apply this over art they're otherwise drawing unshaded and it gives stronger impression of the shape in 3d without having to do it all the time - easy to imitate w layers
