Fun fact: I'm pretty sure (not 100% though) that the first Batman comic to have the ears shoot out as weapons is Batman & Robin: Dark Knight vs White Knight, featuring Dick Grayson Batman.
Also written by @PeterJTomasi. So that's two Dick Grayson gadgets he referenced yesterday https://t.co/G9fh1QCs1w
1. Babs has a dad, named Jim Gordon.
2. She's an adult.
3. Dick doesn't like accepting money from Bruce, he prefers to make his own way. That's why he works jobs outside of being Nightwing. https://t.co/8OCpZn6w3x
It's interesting what 23 years of comics will change. Little character moments are latched on to by fans and creators, they get exaggerated and warped over time, and you get something like this:
Where Tim was good with computers, now he's supposed to be this super genius.
Nightwing's the kind of character who can fit in with the hopeful Superman style shots, and the dark, menacing Batman style shots:
Big shout out to @TravisGMoore for doing a mirror of @ScottMcDaniel0's Nightwing #2 cover.
More Nightwing wearing a leather jacket over his suit. Love that look on him.
Nightwing #151
Bout to head off and call it a night, but before I do: today was a pretty great day for Nightwing fans, thanks to @TravisGMoore and @NicolaScottArt.
Oh what could've been. The New 52 suit had so many gadgets built into it (even more than the Post Crisis suit). It was just the wrong damn color. You can see how it's an evolution of the Post Crisis suit.
The Rebirth suit has far fewer gadgets.
Hi, I'm Nightwingology and I'm an unhealthy perfectionist, I wonder why Dick Grayson is my favorite fictional character? Hmmm.
Nightwing #37
@TalkinLadyShiva Bats don't fight fair, and I respect them for it.
