Bronze Age Robin stories have this neat trend of comparing Dick positively to Batman, since he was in college and growing up. It's cool to look back on since at the time there were no plans to turn him into Nightwing or anything, New Teen Titans hadn't even started yet.

On top of Organized Crime you could still have Blockbuster with his string of B-list lackeys. But throw in some regular wild cards, like The Judge and Blue Shrike. Bring back Guppy as Nightwing's informant, like Daredevil has Turk.
