@xThanatos6 I did just a few liquid pixel art in small resolutions, But for small resolutions you don't need to focus on making it appears the liquid, but the bright of the liquid, You don't have so much space to work on fancy details, Something like this.

You can see some of my color picking, almost every item have their own palette, I just pick one base color and then i start creating some tones that will fit in my palette.
