As some of you have pointed out Charmeleon's absence, I went to review my sources as it turns out that I have indeed skipped out on it being created by Atsuko Nishida. All other Pokemon listed should be accurate.

The Ultra Beasts and Cosmog's Evolution Line all have base stats and learnable moves at prime numbers, the only exception to this are Poipole and Naganadel. It is unknown if the Cosmog line are Ultra Beasts, however it is hypothesized to be one, or at least related them.
The Spikey-Eared Pichu has not been in the main series since HeartGold and SoulSilver, however through data-mining, a sprite of it has been in Pokemon Sun and Moon's data information. The purpose of the sprite is unknown. Below I have included the sprite + an enlarged vers.
To start the account off let's talk about the Spikey-Eared Pichu. This Pichu first debuted and is exclusive to Pokemon HeartGold and SoulSilver, and cannot be traded at all. The Art below is the only official main series game artwork relating to it.
