In Pokémon Red and Blue, Ivysaur's Pokédex entery states that when it's bulb grows too large, it looses the ability to stand on it's hind legs. Ivysaur's Sprite in the same game has it standing on it's legs contradicting the previous statement.

Reference Sheet of Snorunt drawn by Ken Sugimori created for the Advance Generation series of the Pokemon anime. Although one may be able to see under it in existing models and artwork, this is the first time a Snorunt has been shown without it's "hat" showing it is a ball.

Clefairy was originally intended to be the mascot of Pokemon. Pikachu was chosen instead due to anime popularity. Ash was originally given a Clefairy, not a Pikachu, with a role change for plot last minute. This would have based Ash off Red from the Pokemon Pocket Monsters manga.
According to Junichi Masuda, a Pokemon was always planned to be introduced through Pokemon GO since it's early stages. When Let's Go came around, Meltan was introduced. It was created by Game Freak not Niantic. It's also implied to have been designed to look like a Gen 1 Pokemon.
Lillie and Nebby artwork, this version was made specifically for the Kotobukiya ARTFX J Figurine. The art itself was also used on several products for the merchandise line such as a TCG card boxset.
