‘Dürer e il Rinascimento’ is on view at Palazzo Reale, Milan, until 24 June 2019. It includes paintings, drawings and prints by the German master, such as ‘The Doctor’s Dream’ of c. 1498, see below.
‘The Tale of Genji’ is on view @metmuseum until 16 June 2019. On display, more than 120 works inspired by the Japanese classic novel, including a portrait of Murasaki Shikibu, the legendary author of the 11th-century text, see detail below.
