Valiant in a few snapshots. You really have to plumb the depths to see anyone answer with a Valiant character. I get you want the social media engagements, but as they say in wrestling -- "Get yourself over, kid."
Darwyn Cooke did it again. A rotation of feelings when I read Minutemen...
At first I thought "Meh", but each installment peeled back another layer of character that by the final chapter you gkadly accept this into the Watchmen legacy.
Too bad the HBO series rendered it moot.
@larrykingundead @ComicPerch This looks like a cheap version of Top Cow's Pilot Season. At least with that you voted with your money. This looks like a group of editors cooked up "oh so random" title names and ask folks what they like best for free.
In the vein of the Cerebus character The Cockroach (or Wolveroach or Moon Roach etc.) Milestone introduced Buck Wild, Hero for Rent (And his brief identities of Buck Goliath, Jim Crow and Buck Lightning)
The 1966 Batman Trading Card set is both horrendously ugly and beautifully mesmerizing.

I don't know the proper credit for each one but it's probably Julie Bell and Boris Vallejo, two artists comic card collectors are quite familiar with.
