I've watched just about every Ikuo Kuwana sakkan episode at this point, Rahxephon #20 was one of the few hold outs. It's not a very consistent performance, and I wouldn't rank it highly among his career. I wonder if Hiroki Kanno acted as a sou sakkan, or he was strapped for time
