So, I changed a little bit the Deis model.

-Rigged with some hair movement and eye movement
-Shape-keys for facial expressions
-Toon shader
-Reduced poly count

I totally agree, she looks very different in that game (but still similar, is weird)
Sorry if this is spolier if you still want to play BOF IV which I strongly recommend.
