Version 7 joint system still need quite a bit of work, mainly the durability. This feet ball joint though, is working like a charm.

It's a bit less chubby than I'd have hoped but if it is going to move those legs it will have to go on a diet. 😕

How to precisely cut a half sphere acrylic? You 3D print a jig, score the half ball and cut it accordingly. The final product is relatively repeatable so I can make more of the same if needed.
