Amidst a twist of shock, If Mariko Shinobu is selected, Aya Misaki is not as it is instead Nanako who has been chosen as a candidate. A move that’s stuns everyone as her connections are not that high.

In its first episode, Oniisama Ee introduces Nanako Misonoo, a teenager starting her High school studies at Seiran Academy. Studies she shall do with best friend Tomoko Arikura; though they will be in separate classes.
