Kikaiju army goes boom

After a lot of looking around online,
I'm starting to think the way Toriyama used to draw Goku's boots was intentional.

At first I thought he made them stubby as a stylistic choice,
but they look very similar to this kind that some monks apparently wear.

With that new harbor map announced for GBO2,
I hope we get the aquatic Zephyranthes sometime soon.

It'd be a good fit for this map I think.

I've narrowed it down to these two.

These were also tempting,
though red/orange and black has been done a lot already...

Deciding on a color scheme is difficult...

I tried to capture the look of the colored pages from the manga,
rather than the anime with this.

However,
my digital painting app has problems with certain colors,
so it may look off when compared side by side.

I'm currently working on a final touched up version to fix that.
