@DanSlott 1. A Shanna the She-Devil film set in the Savage Land.
2. A She-Hulk film presented as a cross between Daredevil and Deadpool.
3. A Werewolf By Night in Modern Gothic Horror style, with the weirdness of the 70s incarnation of that character.
@EstellaMirai @SymeBryan As I just realized, that's all old stuff. Here's some of Bryan's more recent work (though not commissioned by me):
@EstellaMirai I highly recommend @SymeBryan. He's been drawing and painting realistic-if-over-the-top characters for me for years.
@klhicks912 Yep. @damianaswan and I have created all of our covers for Quiet Thunder Productions, with our longtime graphic designer @noclaws4alarm and a variety of artists that includes Dami herself.
@soniarosawrites Favorite part: In Red Shoes, Genet takes a moment to stop, close her eyes, and realize that - even in stillness - the world dances all around her. Without moving, she dances with it, too.
That scene is among the finest things I've written in my life.
@CinnabarMothPub @ivytarablair @ivytarablair is astonishing. She did the audiobook recording for my impending release RED SHOES, and produced and recorded many of the stories for my collection VALHALLA WITH A TWIST OF LETHE. More than that, she's a wonderful friend and a formidably talented artist.
@GauntletRPG White Wolf's Aberrant and Ray Winninger's Underground. Their grimdark social satire took the 90s vibe and moved it in the direction that later metahuman media would reach a decade or more later on.
@xvictoriawrites A dancer descends into the Underworld.
@marcelwyrmfoe @LillianRhaine @damianaswan RED SHOES is an urban fantasy novel based in my work on Powerchords and the webcomic Arpeggio (which I did years ago with @SymeBryan).
If that crowdfunding campaign goes well, we may extend Red Shoes into other media, too. The more folks support us, the more stuff we can do.
@MikaelaVSims @SymeBryan @damianaswan *laughs* Bryan has illustrated quite a few of my characters, especially when we shared a gaming group together. He's a major reason I got over the bitterness I used to hold against my old White Wolf work, and is the only person to have run a Sorcerers Crusade game for ME.
