Elsewhere in the Castle, Naminé is sitting sadly by herself when Axel visits her. From his pointed questions, it seems her sadness is coming from the strife going on between Sora and "Riku." Note again that pushing of blame: It's "all because of Naminé" that this is happening.

Time for another round of the Inconsistency Game! Yay!
Before: Protecting Naminé is the only thing that matters to me.
Sora: But, I matter...
Riku: Pft, yeah right.

After: Sora, I can't believe my feelings don't matter to you! Jerk! (subtext: "You still matter shootgottarunnow")

Maybe Sora was being so Sora-esque that he managed to break in and touch a sensitive spot in the memory-overwritten "Riku's" heart, perhaps indicative of Real Thing's particular sensitivity to his Sora-ness...?
Whatever happened, "Riku" sure is upset Sora forgot "what matters"...

As Sora is lost in gloomy thoughts, Riku chuckles at him as he instead revels at how great it is to forget things not worth caring about in order to "remember what is truly important (大切な)." And for Riku, that "most important (いちばん大事な) thing" is protecting Naminé.

Sora keeps trying to get thru to Riku by calling on their other friends, only for Riku to once again reject going home, boasting he'd forgotten & doesn't care about them. That doesn't sound like Riku! Sora's ready to knock some sense into him, but...he doesn't remember either.

I've been working on a secret project that I've now finished, and I'm elated to finally share it with you all.
It is titled:

KINGDOM HEARTS—The ~Sora & Riku are In Love~ Theory

The project in its entirety consists of the following two images.
As you can see, I worked very hard.

Yet Sora is /still/ moping. D&G have no choice but to play their ace: their promise to keep smiling. Tho Sora's reaction is still a bit subdued, I believe it's a fairly genuine smile he returns to them.
Power of a promise, huh?
But...can every promise really withstand any trial?

I don't know anymore either

Obviously he is planning to create a full set of a KH fashion "line"
I can think of no other possible meaning of that term.😌

Unfortunately for Sora, now bewildered (& lacking insight to his own inconsistency) "Riku" won't let him get away w/ his "affront."
"You never gave thought to MY feelings either!"
To add even more emotional pain to the idea of Naminé not caring for him, he says same goes for him.
