This is a glaring contradiction. If localizers were truly trying to translate a work as accurately as possible, they wouldn't be consulting with sensitivity readers for their opinion on what's acceptable, they'd be following the original script.

Street Fighter has been around for decades & no one has ever thought otherwise. Preferring one art style over another has nothing to do with imaginary isms.

The SaGa games for the Gameboy had some great artwork that was a cool combination of sci-fi & fantasy.
