This art is so clean. No real lines indicating the movement of the sword but by the positioning of the enemy, their arms & the broken axe shards, I can clearly trace & imagine the action depicted. 👌🏽

Literally this but throughout SS Arc. From the start we knew something was very different about Ichigo. One of many reasons SS is one of my favourite arcs period is that everything was explained & added up, as much as it didn't feel like it should've at first glance.

This was a cool Orihime moment. Maintained a barrier between them & the cleaner, pushing them out safely. Then releases the barrier to reform on the ground & catch them. She only has 1 & thus did this consciously.. She may doubt her worth but we can clearly see it.

I really liked her design, personality & the little snippets of her relationship with Yoruichi that we got. Hoping to get more during potential future projects. Conversations with Ishin, Kazui, a more informed Ichigo etc.

Oh yeah imo this is definitely chapter 1 foreshadowing of Denji's ability to freely use his chains detached from their fixings later. It's literally what Poochita is doing. 👏🏽
