A joy to be working away with @winchestermegg on this gorgeous art book (one of our 2022's releases)- Meg's been making a whole array of new illustrations and comics featuring her 3 young Muslim women characters, their style, snacks, and lives!

A little treat this blustery afternoon: you can read the first 8 pages of @meeshell_t's 'Cavity' right here! Elliot's got a cavity, but no motivation to get it seen to (or to do anything much). But as her disaffection grows, so does the cavity... and something inside it...

A little bit on the process and thinking behind this page: at this point in the book, we're moving forward a number of years, decades even. And we had 1 page to convey this. Originally @TakiTakos sketched out this lovely double-page spread-
