Issue 196, "Hedgehog Havoc"
Miles admits the Suppression Squad had the Anarchy Beryl locked away, and doesn't know how Scourge got a hold of it. Sonic notices Sally supporting herself against a column after being thrown by Super Scourge. She says she's fine but needs a second.

Issue 192, "Metal & Mettle"
King Elias addresses Sonic's disobeying the council's order of leaving Freedom H.Q. to Scourge and his Suppression Squad. Sonic bluntly says that nobody is going to tell him what he can or can't do if he knows he's in the right.

Sorta like old times, except only Sonic had the chance to fight Anti-Sally because Sally fought Anti-Antione. Tails was the one who defeated Anti-Sonic. (Page from Issue 24, "When Hedgehogs Collide!")

Then a bomb gets thrown at them by Bean. Sonic's reaction to it is pretty great here. #ArchieSonic

Sonic brings up how much things have changed from when they were little, and how it's ironic that, of all things, the Freedom Fighter hide-out is the one thing that was left standing. In response to his previous observation, Sally wishes she'd handled the changes better.

More back and forth banter between Sonic and Sally.

The wave may have vanished, but the dial itself is still active and continues to threaten Mobius. Sonic has little choice but to enact his plan from earlier. Sally laments the time they've wasted not admitted what they truly felt for each other for the longest time.

With the aid of Giga-Bot Prime, Sonic manages to make the Xorda retreat. The two celebrate, but it's short lived as Eggman reveals his intentions to conquer Mobius using Sonic as a battery for the giant robot. Sally tries to remove Sonic's shackles, but to no avail.
