Harry Lyman/Osborn (you know, the guy we've seen grow over the past 10+ years) discovers the original Harry Osborn’s body and begins to remember or unveil that he’s not who he appears to be.
Kindred does a lot of really dumb shenanighans including, but not limited to:
- Haunting Spider-Man’s dreams for way too long, suggesting he can’t do anything yet for reasons still yet unknown
- Turning all the Spider-People into demons
We can also assume, that at this point the Computer Harry starts replicating their clones one last time and has success, thus creating Kindred, as he waits to put his computer mind into their bodies after they age up.
Gabe Stacy then shows back up in Norman’s lab in the Avenger’s tower. Norman has become the head of H.A.M.M.E.R. and he’s been testing a new serum to create the super-powered American Son.
At some point a new Harry Osborn shows up with the memories of being the real Harry Osborn, who was reborn with memories of being whisked off to Paris by Mysterio where he lived for a few years. We are beginning to learn that this isn’t actually Harry, but a clone or something.
This triggers a series of events that causes him to work with Dr. Strange to erase everyone’s knowledge of his identity (including Norman and Harry, but not MJ). Coming to theaters this year!
After revealing his identity, Aunt May is shot by a sniper hired by the Kingpin. So, Peter makes a deal with Mephisto to bring Aunt May back from the dead in exchange for his marriage.
Sarah then returns to Paris to house Gabe as his mind fractures, but he gets away and Sarah is offered a job on the police force in Paris. Why they would have false memories implanted in them to be sent after Peter is a bit weird... but so is everything else.
One of those versions were the two clones we met in "Sins Past" and saw in "Sins Remembered" and the two "American Son" stories.
This seems to have happened during the era of Peter’s LMD parents, but I’m unsure because the book portrays MJ going to therapy in the wake of Gwen’s death years earlier (this is a part of the timeline I’m confused about). Also, I'm not sure how Harry knows Norman would return.
