I like (even love) the entries that came afterwards, but I keep missing "Classic Pokémon" & what came with it more & more

& DP was "Classic Pokémon" borderline perfected (IMO)

Misty may have laid the foundation, but May set the standard for what a companion should be

She had a solid character arc, personality, rivalry, & so forth & is just an all-round solid companion
