Testing out the additions to the toon shader, and it's barely noticable hahaha. Probably will only use it for close up shots with subtle movement.

Welp, it took all day, broke all my constraints on the sword, and I ended up scrapping all the fancy stuff just for a manual toggle, but I got a decent looking smear effect for sword strikes.
