Interesting conversation here. I was experimenting with @GDevelopApp & noticed it doesn't have built in jump sustain. I've always thought this was essential to a good game feel to a platformer, but maybe it's just me? Some people in the Discord group didn't agree.

Testing out the additions to the toon shader, and it's barely noticable hahaha. Probably will only use it for close up shots with subtle movement.

Welp, it took all day, broke all my constraints on the sword, and I ended up scrapping all the fancy stuff just for a manual toggle, but I got a decent looking smear effect for sword strikes.
