Brilliant work on the design of a realistic spaceship for .
I especially like the attention paid to the radiators, the mission modules and the hull-integrated shuttle

The Shuttle External tank was accelerated to 98% of orbital velocity before being discarded.
A little extra push for just 3 flights would have built the Space Facility, a massive space station with over 4000m^3 internal volume.

The NATF program was a failed US Navy attempt at acquiring a stealth fighter.
The NAF-22, a 'navalized' F-22 with swing-wings and strengthened fuselage, was proposed for this. However it ended up expensive, with compromised stealth and too different from the original F-22 design.

It was more aerodynamically advanced in some ways, but would have been much more expensive than the McDonnell Douglas design.
It went on to inspire the Su-27.

It doesn't need vacuum chambers and can use wire feedstock, but it is less precise than other methods.

Origami shells for trapping viruses:
https://t.co/aWHqmF3ZFq
These nanomachines self-assemble from DNA 'origami triangles' and can be effective against all viruses. They have been demonstrated to neutralize Hepatitis B capsids. There's potential for cheap mass-production.
