The Kharkovchanka was a Soviet off-road vehicle based on a T-54 tank chassis, meant to drive all the way to the South Pole.
Its 70 tons (with trailer) was propelled to an average 6 km/h at the cost of 10 litres/km.

The Solar Escape Velocity at Earth's orbital altitude is 42 km/s.

Therefore, the maximum relative velocity for an impact with a solar system object (asteroid, comet) is 72 km/s.

However, interstellar object can come in even faster.
