'Frenemies' King Francis I of France and the Emperor Charles V.
Despite being brothers-in-law (Francis was married to Charles's sister Eleanor of Austria) and being politically allied sometimes, the 2 didn't get along. Francis was even Charles's prisoner for a spell.
